Most of the oil field is in high water cut and super high water cutdevelopment period with the development of oil and gas exploration in Chinanow, thus logging technology is also highly demanded more and more.Multi-parameter formation water logging tool based on the principle ofinduced polarization can efficiently solve the problems about water floodedzone evaluation and remaining oil reserves evaluation.In logging process, transmitter should finish the work of excitingformation periodically, and it is an important component of multi-parameterformation water logging tool. The transmitter was lowed into well togetherwith electrode array, digital technique was adopted to enable it to workproperly underground where space was narrow and environment temperaturewas150℃, and it could receive control command from the ground platformto adjust the excited state real-timely, at the same time it transferred excitingcurrent value to the ground platform through complete data acquisition system, thus the formation water logging requirements for real-time andaccuracy were met.The principle of multi-parameter formation water logging tooltransmitter was analyzed at first in this paper, according to the hightemperature and limited space environment characteristics of instrumentcircuit underground, the design principles of the system were established, andthe system framework based on the modular thought was given. Andexcitation control module, excitation transmitting module, excitation switchmodule, auxiliary measurement module and transmitter power system wereanalyzed and designed, of which the implement of relay and MOSFET driveand their fast switch, high temperature large current sampling and thermalresistance temperature measuring and the solution of the related problemwere mainly discussed. Then according to the actual test requirements, theground test system which could communicate with the instrumentunderground through the CAN bus was designed and realized. Finally the high temperature performance of the system was tested in the laboratoryconditions, the feasibility of the design plan was verified, the foundation forthe logging was laid.
