The western area of Jilin province is an overland of farming and pastoral areas in the songliao plain farming area,it is an important base for agriculture,animal husbandry energy the jilin province,so it is important to study the climate change in this area.The paper selects the western regions of jilin province that are seriously damaged by agricultural ecological environment and at the same time it selects seven observation points as its representation patch such as Baicheng,Daan,Tongyu,Qianan,Changling,Qianguo and Sanchahe to deal with the data of temperature and precipitat ion in recent 54 years from 1961 to 2014.It analyzes the change of meteorological factors' time series at each observation point by adopting the methods of complete sequence,mean field theory of ten years and linear trend analysis.What's more,it confirms the mutation and the time of mutation of regional climate by combination of accumulative anomaly and the Mann-Kendall mutation test.Through analyzing the changes that atmospheric circulation field has an influence on the areas of western Jilin under the background of global warming,it turned out that1.The changes of regional climate are consistent.In the process of temperature transition from low temperature to high temperature in the time of from 1981 to 1990,the temperature was signif icantly affected by the global warming.But there are differences among each season,especially the summer after 1993 entered the stage of relative high temperature,while the other three seasons entered it from 1987 to 1988.2.There are also regional consistency and signif icant annual variat ions in terms of precipitation.But it didn't have significant years of mutation compared with the temperature changes.3.The year between 1963-1969 was in the cold-wet stage,the year between 1970-1982 was in the cold-dry stage,the year between 1983-1987 was warm-wet stage,the year between 1988-1994 was warm-wat stage,the year between1995-2009 was in the warm-dry stage and the year between2010-2014 was in the cold-wet stage.The precipitat ion of spring increased significantly which was conductive to the agricultural production.4.From the high and low circulation configuration before and after the year of temperature mutation,we can further see that the temperature transition from relat ive low to relat ive high also has its uniqueness while affected by the global warming in western Jilin s ince 1980.Winter warming is more pronounced in the northeast than in the summer.
