This article is based on the observation documentation of daily average temperature, the highest temperature and the lowest temperature in meteorological station of Linfen City from1961-2010.Taking climate statistical method to analyze linfen’s interannual and Seasonal variability of temperature and its impact factors in recent50years.The results showed that:(1) In past many years, the spatial distribution and seasonal distribution of yearly average temperature, daily highest temperature,daily lowest temperature.and daily extreme high temperature and daily extreme low temperature is basically in Normal distribution in Linfen city,and their high area all expanding since the1980s.(2) Linfen’s≥0℃and≥10℃accumulated temperature of high value area are concentrated in linfen basin and fenhe, Hui river valley, Low-value areas are mainly located in the hills region, and high area also expanding since the1980s.(3) In Linfen city, yearly average temperature, daily highest temperature, daily lowest temperature, and daily extreme high temperature was increased gradually from1970,1980,1990and2000. The average temperature of four seasons was increased from1989.Spring and winter warming rate is greater than the summer and autumn; The daily highest temperature of four seasons was increased from1989, and among them spring increase rate is the most significant; Four seasons of extreme daily highest temperature began to rise during1995-2000years, spring, summer and autumn of extreme daily lowest temperature is on the rise, but Winter is on the decline.(4) The yearly average temperature of Linfen region have25years major cycle and strong3years small scale change cycle; daily highest temperature have10years first main cycles and4years,24years second main cycle; daily lowest temperature exist4years,8years small scale, and25years Lord cycles;≥0℃and≥10℃accumulated temperature have25years of cycles and4a and9a cycle of small scale changes; daily extreme lowest temperature and daily extreme high temperature hve6a small scale cycles.(5) The average temperature, daily highest temperature and daily extreme highest temperature in February and March have significant positive correlation with zonal circulation index in LinFen City.; The average temperature, daily highest temperature and daily extreme lowest temperature in September, November and December have significant negative correlation with radial circulation index in LinFen City; The yearly average temperature, daily highest temperature, daily lowest temperature, and daily extreme high temperature of winter have significant positive correlation with western Pacific subtropical high strength index in winter; El Nino brings the temperature rises; solar activity increased, along with increased average temperatures in Linfen City; The yearly average temperature in Spring and Winter has significant negative correlation with Index of the polar ice of September...
