Flora Of Seed Plant In Wugongshan Region Reserve

In this paper,the seed plants of Wugong Mountain region were investigated,and more than 30,000 specimens were collected and identificated.The "list of seed plants in Wugong Mountain region was sorted out by the relevant literature,the characteristics and properties of the flora in this region were summarized and analyzed.The clustering analysis method was used in this paper to compare the flora of the seed plants in Wugong Mountain region with the other 15 regions,for revealing the compartment and origin of flora in this region.The main results are as follows:(1)The species diversity is hight in seed plants.There are 2079 species(9 new record plants in Jiangxi province)of 166 families and 814 genera in the Wugong Mountain region,accounting for 72.81%,61.11% and 50.46% in family,genera,and species of the seed plants of Jiangxi Province,respectively.Among them,there were 7 families,15 genera and 19 species of gymnosperms,accounting for 77.78%,65.21% and 54.28% of gymnosperms in Jiangxi respectively.Poaceae,Asteraceae,Fabaceae,Rosaceae,Liliaceae,Cyperaceae,Lamiaceae,Lauraceae,etc.are the families with more species.Ilex,Polygonum,Rubus,Carex,Smilax,Viola,Ficus,Euonymus are the Genus with more species.(2)The flora of seed plants is complex and transitional.In the Wugong Mountain region,166 families of seed plants contained 12 Chinese plant distribution regions(15 regions in total),of which 70 families(57.96% of non-worldwide distribution in this region)of tropical distribution,46(38.65%)families of temperate zone distribution.There 814 genera contained 14 distribution types,140 genera(18.79%)of the pantropic distribution,129 genera(17.32%)of the temperate zone distribution,and 83 genera(11.41%)of the tropical Asia distribution,other components also have a certain proportion,reflecting the flora is complex,diverse,and contact with the world.There are 2079 species of seed plants in Wugong Mountain region,contained 14 distribution types,of which 626 species(31.04%)of tropical distribution,663 species(32.87%)of the temperate zone distribution.From the plant distribution in this region,show a tropical transition to the temperate characteristics,and the components of tropical blend with temperate.A variety of tropical distributed plants such as Symplocos congesta,Ternstroemia luteoflora,Machilus grijsii,etc.are distributed in the northern margin of the Wugong Mountain region.In addition,the similarity coefficient of seed plants in Wugong Mountain is relatively with Huang Mountain and Liangye Mountain,but there are some differences,which also reflect the characteristics of the floristic flora in Wugong Mountain region to a certain extent.(3)The flora of Wugong Mountain region are ancient and unique.The species of gymnosperms are rich in this region,most of them are the legacy of the Mesozoic,such as Taxus wallichiana var.mairei,Cephalotaxus sinensis,Nageia nagi,Tsuga chinensis.Sargentodoxa cuneate,Bretschneidera sinensis,Liriodendron chinense,Camptotheca acuminate are the symbol of ancient species of angiosperm.In addition,there are 414 genera of only 1 specise,accounting for 50.86% of the total number of genera,reflects the regional seed plants of the ancient and relic.There are 4 Chinese endemic families,all of them are monotypic.There are 23 Chinese endemic genera(21 families),24 species,such as Eucommia,Sargentodoxa,Cyclocarya,Yinshania.There are 728 Chinese endemic species,such as Aconitum finetianum,Yua thomsoni var.glaucescens,Smilax outanscianensis,Rubus hanceanus,Cyclobalanopsis multinervis,Vitis chunganensis,Ilex pubescens.There are 728 Chinese endemic species,such as Yinshania hui,Ilex wugongshanensis,Rhododendron kiangsiense,Rubus jianensis,Begonia algaia.And the Rhododendron kiangsiense a unique species of Wugong Mountain region,its distribution range is narrow.(4)Compared with 15 other region,and the results showed that the seed plants in Wugong Mountain region are abundant,through the abundance of seed plant species are much lower than that of Xishuangbanna,Gaoligong Mountain and Jinfo Mountain.However,there is no difference with Wuyi Mountain,Diaoluo Mountain,much higher than Lushan,and higher than Lushan Mountain,Liangye Mountain and other regions.The flora of Wugong Mountain region has the most close relationship with Huangshan Mountain,Lushan Mountain,Wuyi Mountain and Jinggang Mountain,and the most distant from the Qinling Mountain,Xishuangbanna and Gaoligong Mountains.
