WRF (Weather Research Forecast) model is a new generation of mesoscale weather forecast model [1]. NetCDF[2] is the main format of the output file for the model. At present, a lot of weather analysis software which processing the NetCDF file, but many of these software is the client application software, are to be put into use by professional meteorological research workers, can not be used for the majority of users. In addition, Excel provides third party NetCDF.xlsm [3] plug-in to read the data in the WRF model, which shows the data in the NetCDF file in the form of tables, but directly cannot see the essential law of the data from the table.In order to enhance the user's intuitive understanding of the WRF meteorological model data, to facilitate the user to concurrent access, visualize and manipulate the meteorological data output by the WRF model system, we will visualize meteorological data output by the WRF model system on the site. This paper focuses on the analysis of the NetCDF data format, the reading method of file and the operation of data stored in the database. Then carries on the demand analysis to the website, determines the website overall function module, the concrete function realization module, the website design flow, the goal as well as the overall frame.Then research the algorithm of data visualization and temperature prediction, and focus on the research?simulation analysis and application of the PSO-SVR algorithm, research and analysis the methods and applications of WebGL, NCL and other visualization methods. Finally, based on the SSH framework, using WebGL and NCL visualization technology, using 2D graphics rendering technology analysis chart aided historical meteorological data visualization, using Java Web technology to develop visual pages and user interaction pages, to develop a visual display and interactive website based on WRF model meteorological data. This website contains multiple components of data visualization technology and temperature prediction of components, the component can be used to help users to quickly visualize data, and the user can effectively read the meteorological data in the database in the form of graphs to analyze the historical meteorological data, it also can help the user to predict the temperature data. The development of visual WRF meteorological data website is completed.In summary, the site can help weather researchers to operate, analysis of meteorological data produced by WRF model and can help users visualize and manipulate meteorological data, and it also can analyze the law of the data which got from the visualization of meteorological data.
