The visualization of weather data has always been a very critical issue in the field of weather forecasting.In this paper,to increase the user's intuitive understanding of WRF[1](Weather Researcher Forecast)model data,a meteorological data visualization system based on the SSM framework is designed to facilitate users to more intuitively see the essential laws between data,the design and implementation process of the data visualization platform are introduced in detail.At the same time,the PSO-ELM algorithm is introduced on the platform to classify and forecast the satellite cloud data,which is as follows:(1)Focusing on the content of WRF model and the process of generating nc data,aiming at the generated nc data,this paper introduces the analytical storage process of nc data in detail,and also due to the data is larger,users' wating time is very long.In response to these problems,we have taken steps to optimize.(2)Described the design goals of this platform based on user needs,analyzed the overall design structure,the functional modules and the related design of the database.(3)Described Webgl 3D visualization technology in detail in this article,NCL mapping verification technology and the introduction of the relevant visualization algorithm,and focuses on the color rendering function.Finally,through the rigorous design of the color rendering function,the entire data rendering will be smoother.(4)Introduced the development process of the whole function platform,the concrete realization process of each function module.In the process of development,we also introduced the E-charts open source chart framework,designed the meteorological element display module using E-charts framework and 3D Earth simulation module,the use of front-end development technology,joined the animation display elements,thus enriching the function of the entire platform module.(5)Introduced the satellite meteorological data,extracted the satellite cloud image data'feature by ENVI software,and classified the satellite data by the ELM limit learning machine.The PSO algorithm was optimized for the existing problems in the ELM limit learning machine,which improved the overall Accuracy.
