With the development of computer technology and network technology,network-oriented 3D visualization has become an important development direction in the computer field.The arrival of the era of big data has made it play an irreplaceable role in GIS dynamic simulation,disaster simulation and decision-making.When users use traditional 3D visualization software,they often need to download a large number of plug-ins,which not only have the disadvantages of poor system compatibility,difficult application of network integration,but also have certain security risks.With the maturity and improvement of Web3 D technology,the development of 3DGIS has also been characterized by no plug-ins and lightweight.With the maturity and development of the concepts of smart city and digital China,geographic information data has received widespread attention from all walks of life.In the era of big data,the demand for geographic information data in various industries is increasing,and many interdisciplinary and non-professionals are also attracted to this field,which has led to new requirements for data sharing and visualization.At present,under the background of big data,there are many kinds of data,diverse sources and large amount of data.How to transmit and organize efficiently under the environment of Web and find a convenient and quick way to visualize the expression is an urgent problem to be solved.The main work of this paper is as follows:1)Based on the existing research foundation,analyzes the development and existing problems of network three-dimensional visualization technology,and expounds the application and research significance of network three-dimensional visualization technology under the current network big data environment in detail.2)Focusing on the diversified 3D visualization service of geographic information data,the WebGL 3D programmable rendering pipeline,GPU high performance shading model,and the organization of geographic information data in network environment are studied.The advantages and reasons of choosing Cesium platform are discussed in detail.3)The main research content of this paper is the bottleneck of progressive streaming media network data transmission based on network environment.It mainly includes progressive network data transmission methods,hierarchical and block organization of basic geographic information data such as image and terrain tile,simplification of 3D complex Fig.model,LOD processing and network format conversion,vector thematic data compression,conversion,processing and integration,providing a data foundation for Cesium visualization.4)At the end of the paper,the design idea and structure of the prototype system platform and the realization of client-side 3D visualization subsystem are discussed.Taking Divvy shared bicycle data as an example,a variety of 3D visualization display are carried out on the experimental system.The key technology of three-dimensional visualization based on WebGL in this paper is verified,and the network three-dimensional visualization of geographic information data is realized,which makes up for the defects of common visualization of geographic information data under the network environment,and greatly improves the rendering effect and efficiency of data visualization.
