A Study On The Development And Utilization And Protection Of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Coastal Zone

China has along coastline which contains huge potentialities,However,with the coastal development developing,the contradiction in the development of the ocean and land becomes increasingly conspicuous,as the utilization of marine resources is unreasonable,marine ecosystems are destroyed seriously,the structure of marine industries is unreasonable,the lever of the structure is low,the scientific and technological innovations of coastal development is insufficient,coastal development is deficient in capital,and so on.Beibu Gulf coastal zone rich in natural resources,and obvious advantages,but will also function in the process of development,industry,transportation,ecological problems,etc.Beibu Gulf Economic Zone is in the period of rapid development,and it is of great theoretical significance to strengthen the research and development of the Beibu Gulf coastal zone.It is of great theoretical significance to solve the contradiction in the development process and put forward the reasonable development and utilization and protection concept.Based on realistic demand to the sustainable development of the coastal zone as a starting point,using the spatial analyst techniques in GIS,empirical analysis method,qualitative and quantitative method and other methods,collect relevant data,use the GIS interpretation about the present data of the study area,processing natural and economic related data,text and maps,such as through combing resources of coastal zone area,understand the basic situation of Beibu Gulf coastal zone using,analysis the Beibu Gulf coastal zone development and utilization of the main existing problems;in view of the present situation,the comprehensive research results,to explore of coastal zone space utilization,mainly uses the space control method,inductive space resource types,elements of evaluation,put forward the coastal zone region space partition planning and control plan,determine the nearshore land and sea development zone planning and positioning;on this basis,to explore the planning of the coastline of classification,the section,the coastal zone is divided into six classes seven coastal,in order to more reasonably guide the shoreline development;in view of the existing ecological and environmental problems,the ecological basic patternis constructed and the ecological protection strategy is put forward;finally,according to the status quo marine economic development,put forward the development of marine industry ideas to determine the direction of development of marine industry,optimize the marine industry regional layout.To sum up,this article takes the Beibu Gulf coastal zone as an example,with the development and utilization of the coastal zone space as the breakthrough point,comprehensive evaluation of coastal development and utilization of the status quo and existing problems,from the planning and design to explore the coastal zone of space development,according to the results of coastal use,the author puts forward the management requirements and guidance of different space control areas in the Beibu Gulf coastal zone,proposed zoning and segmented shoreline development guidance,adjusts industrial development,integrates industrial resources,strengthens ecological construction and protection,and scientifically integrates Planning the Beibu Gulf coastal zone,and provide reference for the development,utilization and protection of the Beibu Gulf Coastal Zone.
