Akesu oasis is located in arid area of our country, it is not only the ecological sensitivity and environmental degradation area, but also the social adaptation and economic moderate vulnerable area. The oasis of Akesu superior natural conditions,abundant water, frost free period is long, the temperature difference between day and night, suitable for the growth of various crops,richly endowed by nature conditions for agricultural development. But in recent years, due to natural and human factors, the ecological environment has become increasingly prominent, vegetation degradation, land salinization, desertification and other phenomena, ecological security situation is not optimistic. Therefore, the main effect of ecological security of Akesu oasis factor,evaluation of regional ecological security and regional ecological security situation to find out the spatial evolution of quantitative, has important theoretical and practical significance to promote the sustainable development of the ecological environment and ecological and social development.In view of this, taking Akesu oasis as the research object, in remote sensing and GIS technology, based on the "pressure state response" model of grid under the regional ecological security evaluation index system of Akesu oasis, 2006, 2010, 2015 the three period remote sensing image interpretation, land use data in the corresponding year, grid in support of GIS technology, the land use data and the NDVI value of the expression of grid visualization. At the same time, the data mining structure, improved the traditional genetic algorithm with quantum genetic projection pursuit, fast convergence speed and strong search capability characteristics, using quantum genetic projection pursuit method to evaluate the ecological security situation, find out the internal space regional ecological security, ecological security designated function zoning. At last, the spatial variation of ecological security is analyzed. Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of ecological security of Akesu oasis and the delineation of ecological security function zoning, this paper tries to put forward the Countermeasures of ecological security of Akesu oasis. The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1) For grid GIS technology of regional ecological security evaluation has more advantages than the traditional method of the regional administration as the smallest unit,it can reveal the differences of ecological security situation of internal administrative unit,which makes the geographic information accurate, thus to provide scientific basis for the analysis of regional ecological security.(2) The quantum genetic projection pursuit method overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional evaluation methods, which can make the evaluation results more objective.According to quantum genetic projection pursuit direction vector, get city rate, vegetation coverage, water density index, land use types, grain yield, altitude is the main factor affecting the ecological security of Akesu oasis.(3) In recent years, human activities changed a lot of Akesu oasis ecological environment, city to speed up the process significantly,although the vegetation coverage increased, but the forest grassland area decreased, woodland area from 357268.80 hectares in 2006 dropped to 288376.01 hectares in 2015, grassland area from 38856 hectares in 2006 dropped to 32512.01 hectares in 2015. And the main crops in Akesu shift from grain crops to fruit trees. In addition,the area of Akesu water area decreased year by year, and the water density index decreased. In 2006, the water density index of the grid was 0.77, while in the year of 2015, the maximum density of the water network was only about.(4) According to the evaluation results of ecological security of Akesu oasis, the Akesu oasis is divided into three parts: ecological security, ecological security and ecological security. Good ecological security area is mainly distributed in Alar City periphery, Shaya county and northeast of Awati County; ecological security and distribution area in the southwest of Awati,central Wushi County,south of Wensu county and Akesu city; ecological vulnerability areas are mainly distributed in the southwest,North and northeast oasis.(5) 2006, 2010, 2015 Akesu oasis ecological security space autocorrelationcharacter,three years' Moran s I index is respectively 0.7823,0.8650 and 0.8654,showing characteristics of a good clustering, local self in Guanzhong, only high value and low value cluster cluster areas, that ecological security is of space connectivity.The research on determining the index weight, with the characteristics of quantum genetic algorithm fast convergence speed and global optimization ability of the traditional projection pursuit method is extended, objectively, has the characteristics of comprehensive, comprehensive contents and methods of comprehensive, this is not had in previous studies in. In addition, this paper tries to study the ecological security of Akesu Oasis by using grid method. At present, it has not seen the research on the ecological security of Akesu oasis. Therefore, this paper uses this method can reveal the differences of spatial distribution of ecological security of Akesu oasis internal administrative region, compared to the actual implementation of spatiotemporal expression,provides spatial data scientific and reasonable assurance to study the ecological security of Akesu oasis.
