Shougang Jingtang company relying on seawater desalination technology,follow the"water and electricitysymbiotic,cogeneration,low carbon environmental protection"technology development direction to realize the efficient utilization of resources and promote comprehensive utilization of seawater planning,according to the concept of circular economy.We independently design the hot-water-electricity co-generation unit which can connect directly to the desalination unit with 25000 steam turbine exhaust steam mouth,both suppling with the other,and form a complex process system.The principle of the method is the thermal distillation desalination to complete the process of heat transfer in the evaporator effect in the heat balance system.The first effect desalination is the first end of the heat exchange system,which effects of the stability of the steam temperature control is the key to maintain the momentum of the evaporator desalination balance,at the same time,which connects to the seawater desalination and the hub of steam turbine unit,besides which influences by the steam exhaust temperatre.Steam temperatre is hydroelectric power plant control system,this is a very important link,and the temperature control is a key and difficult point.Sothe optimization of the effect of the steam temperature control for the whole water desalination main body heat balance is of great significance.Firstly,we introduce the present situation of water resource in China,the development of seawater desalination and Shougang Jingtang company optimization choice of desalination,the intelligent control algorithm in temperature control of the current research status and the main research content of this thesis.We outline the Shougang Jingtang technological process of water and electricity co-generation system of the company,focus on the working principle,technological process of seawater desalination system composition and operation mode of the seawater desalination system.Besides expound the desalination process based on hydroelectric power plant to the requirement of control system,and carry on the research and design of hardware and software system according to these requirements and the design principle of control system for desalination main body control system;At the same time we expound the realization of the control system,and make a deep study in desalination of water and electricity co-generation system of the key technologies.Then we make a simple indroduction on the steam temperature control,according to the first effect evaporator,and put forward the control strategy.Besides we design a fuzzy adaptive setting PID temperature controller,which can be made by hardware and software,making its temperature control has good control effect.The system can realize adjustment time shortly,less overshoot and good stability control target.Finally we analy the production of the desalination desuperheating decompression system,and introduce the technical parameters and operation method,otherwise we get the problems,defects and solutions since putting the system into production,and optimizate the control system.Through the research and application of control system have a far-reaching significance on Shougang Jingtang company second phase water desalination project.
