Based on cloud computing,internet of things,GIS and other technologies,"smart tourism" has been widely used in tourism management,tourism service and tourism marketing,also its industry has got ambitious development in recent years.With the increasing number of tourists,the time of tourism emergency are increasing,the pressure tourism area facing are becoming heavier and heavier.The current treatment approach of tourism emergency,however,is a kind of tradition in most cases.Because of the timeliness of emergency event report and emergency plan execution are insufficient,the emergency plan can't be treated as an effective guidance to the whole process of emergency treatment and response.Thus,to achieve the dynamic response of the emergency response and the improve of emergency treatment ability,it is an urgent problem to be solved on how to establish an effective emergency plan description,organization and storage mechanism.In this paper,the response processes and traits of emergency in tourism area were deeply analyzed.To improve the efficiency of treatments and guarantee the safety of tourists' life and property in tourism area,the construct method of an emergency plan space-time date model and dynamic response were also discussed based on research results at home and abroad in the field of space-time data model,emergency management and so on.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects:(1)The traits,classification and composition of emergency plan in tourism area was analyzed.Business and spatial-temporal attributes of emergency plan in tourism area was classified and summarized.Based on the research of elements',which consist of emergency plan in tourism area,spatial traits and spatial-temporal relationship,a spatial-temporal data abstract model of emergency plan was put forward,the discussion and design of 4W+4S event spatial-temporal data model and 4W+1N plan spatial-temporal data model are including.Base on the abstract model put forward,an entity model was also proposed.So,the structure and operation of the model's class,relationship between two classes,the model's expression of database could be confirmed.(2)Based on the spatial-temporal data model of emergency plan in tourism area,the dynamic response process of plan was analyzed,the key to achieve it was also confirmed.Firstly,through the research of spatial-temporal data classification and acquisition methods,the method of dynamic generation to achieve 4W+4S event spatial-temporal data model's construction was summarized.Secondly,based on the Geographic Information System Indexing Theory,through studying the computing methods of attribute similarity,space similarity and time similarity,the dynamic indexing algorithm for emergency plan with spatial-temporal information was achieved.Thirdly,based on the Fuzzy Comprehensive Assessment Theory,the emergency plan evaluation and sorting models was proposed to achieve the distribution and execution of unit plan task in tourism area.(3)The experiment area was took from the cultural tourism area of Nanjing NiuShou Mountain.By constructing prototype system of emergency command and dispatch platform,the whole process of emergency event,including occurrence,response and plan execution could be simulated.According to the summarize and analysis of experiment results,the rationality and the effectiveness of the dynamic response method were verified.
