As the living space of the people in the urban area,the urban residential area is composed of the residential land,the public service facilities,the road land and the green space.With the diversified and three-dimensional development of city residential district,it is difficult to solve the technical problems arising from the investigation,registration and alteration in the process of the development of three-dimensional land by two dimensional cadastral management and real estate management model presently.The management of the syncretic three dimensional is the tendency of the management of the house due to its characteristics of three-dimensional,visualization,data fusion.This paper discusses the construction and application based on ArcGIS and CityEngine the main research contents and results include:1.Classification and Data Model of 3D Housing space.Spatial unit of 3D cadastral management was divided into factor,such as parcel,DEM,building construction(building base,road center line,green space,hardened site,garage)according to the characteristics of urban residential land and its three-dimensional development.To identify the characteristics of the spatial data and attribute data and construct the theoretical model of the syncretic 3D cadastral.2.3D cadastral database Design.3D cadastral database is concerd with cadastral,housing,building and structure,etc.A database logic model of 3D cadastral was put forward based on a 3D house concept model.There is a field named cadastral number in attribute tables,through which all the attribute date can be connected.3.Construction scheme of the syncretic 3D cadastral with ArcGIS and CityEngine.A database of the syncretic 2D cadastral was obtained from the data of land,construction(structure)building basement with the software ArcGIS 10.3.1.Then the syncretic 3D cadastral databse was established by combining a syncretic 2D one with DEM and 3D building construction model in CityEngine 2015.2.4.An experiment on 3D Housing-Database Construction and application.Taking a residential area as an example,the spatial information of 3D Housing-cadastral was extracted to create topological relation,then the attribute data was attached to achieve a 2D cadastral database in ArcGIS.And a Digital Elevation Model was also generated with the contour data by ArcGIS.3D Housing Database was further built according to a set of modeling rules,in which 2D Housing–cadastral,DEM,3D construction(structure)building model were effectively merged automatically with City Engine.Some functions of 3D Housing-cadastral Database were probed on 3D display and browse,query and calculation in arcscene and city engine webscene respectively.This paper made a preliminary attempt on the construction and application of 3D Housing Database due to the complexity of the construction(structure)unit space and the diversity of attribute data.It is necessary to carry out further research on the refinement,diversification and expansibility of 3D model.
