Research On Cadastral Management System Of Fanxian County Based On GIS

Cadastral management system is a hot area of GIS application at present.Combined with the central land policy reform process,on the background of rural collective land use rights and ownership registration certification work,supported by mature Surveying and mapping technology,data management technology and system development technology,cadastral management system develop rapidly in recent years.In this research,we analyzed the selection of projects in each process of rural collective land ownership.We also compared and selected applicable methods for each component tasks such as mapping,survey,data processing,registration,construction and system development and so on.In the mapping process,,we selected the traditional surveying and mapping as a preferred solution through the research on aerial photography and traditional surveying and mapping.In the ownership registration process,we selected the South CASS as a mapping software after comparing the characteristics of many imaging tools and combining with our project.In data processing,,based on project data format,we choose the SQL Server database and the sky of Beijing land database platform(KANQ Land PS)after analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the commonly used database engine and database platform.Meanwhile,the above tools combined with the current mainstream GIS development platform ArcGIS Engine and C# assembly language.This study may develop a cadastral management system which has both a visual browse and query available changes function,however,may provide a convenient management tool for the land sector.
