Space astronomical observations is an important research direction in the astronomy.Through a study on the Space astronomical observations,there is the new opportunity of finding the evolution of the universe that would change the understanding to the physics.With the development of Chinese economic and science technology,Chinese scientists will cooperate with European scientists in the Space astronomical payload research.They need an efficient ground software.The requirement management that is an important part of the project management plays indispensable role in the Ground science application center of space astronomy.This thesis analyzed the strengths and weaknesses of the existing software requirement management methods.According to the actual condition of space projects,the thesis gave the requirement management module of the space astronomical ground application system.The module was used in the phase of the payload developing and testing,launch and early orbit,routine operations and post operations.It contained different user roles and used the different requirement analysis such as use case analysis,agile analysis,normalization definition or description.In the requirement management of changing the different roles had different classified requirement to resolving the requirement conflicts with economics and mathematics methods.It could balance the interests in the science goals and satisfy the requirements of different scientists as much as possible.The module was used in the project of The Data Process Simulation System for Optical Payload.It helped to manage the requirement,to develop standard requirements specification,to balance the interests of scientists,to control the requirement changes,to improve the user experience.Following with the step of continuously improving the quality of the module in practice,it is expected that the requirement management provide a reference for the space astronomical system requirement engineering in the future.
