Infectious diseases are serious diseases that threaten the health of human and restrict the socio-economic development.The various people have infected the disease in every year Furthermore,the mortality is also high.Schistosomiasis is a kind of disease that have found in our real life and it has often found in the various countries.Laos is a country that has a problem with the Schistosomiasis disease as the other countries.The Schistosomiasis disease was discovered in 1957 in two districts at Champasak province(Khong and Mounlapamok district).Both of them are located in the Southern part of Laos.These districts locate in the Mekong River,and they are rounded by the small and large islands,this is one of the reasons for the breeding of hematopoiesis.In this thesis,I only research the Schistosomiasis disease in Laos,and the researcher gets data from Champasak Hospital.This thesis is divided into two chapters.The first chapter describes about the Schistosomiasis disease in Laos,a brief of Schistosomiasis disease in Laos,epidemic of the disease,the strategies' prevention and treatment which include the problems and challenges in the future.The second chapter is the establishment of Schistosomiasis disease model.Based on the data of patients which are different ages,this section,the researcher uses a mathematical model of Schistosomiasis disease.In this model,the researcher has considered to the ratio of infections in the human and snail.In this cause,the writer has divided the age into different categories(k=1,2,...,8;k Represents to the age range "1:1?4 years old,2:5?9 years old,3:10?14 years old,4:15?19 years old,5:20?29 years old,6:30?39 years old,7:40?49 years old,8:49 years old>")then calculate the equilibrium,calculate amount of the simple propagation,consider the stability of disease-free equilibrium.Finally,the stability of endemic balance point was discussed by using Matlab software to compare the different categories' age of the patients who have controlled the rate infection.The results of the study show that patinas that are 10?14 years old of prevention and control of patients is the most effective.While greater than 49 years old of prevention and control of patients is the worst effect.
