This article mainly introduces the mathematical model of schistosomiasis in the spread of several infected groups. The influence of different incidence, infection degree and time delay on schistosomiasis was inferred by model stability analysis and numerical simulation. The details are given as follows:1?The effects of two different incidence rates on this class of models are studied. The stability of the model is analyzed by using the bilinear incidence rate and standard incidence rate. And find out the balance point and threshold of disease outbreaks. And respectively determine the stability of the disease-free equilibrium and the endemic equilibrium, then through numerical simulation to illustrate.2?Based on the schistosomiasis model with several infected groups, considering the influence of different infection degrees.Emphasis is put on the fact that mild in-fection can be converted into severe infection under some conditions,we modify this class of models. The impact of different infection degrees on the number of patients and the basic reproduction number is discussed. It is found that the transformation of mild infection to severe infection produces more complex effects.3?Introducing time delay to discuss schistosomiasis model.By the stability analysis and numerical simulation,we find time delay has not much influence on the model. However, effective contact infections rate has great influence on the disease. In particular, the effective contact rate of patients with mild infection has deep impact on the disease.
