Land Dynamic Research And Application Of Inspection And Monitoring System Based On Mobile Gis

With GIS, GPS and wireless communications technology to the mobile terminal as the carrier of the Geographic Information System (Mobile GIS) is also developing rapidly. Its environment can be provided in the mobile information collection, location, location, information query, comprehensive analysis and other GIS services, is gradually being widely applied to land, water resources, public facilities, transportation and tourism, public services and other industries.In this paper, law enforcement and supervision in the land mobile GIS application for the study objectives and targets. Construction of the land law enforcement monitoring data model and business model; of mobile GIS based on dynamic inspections of land and resources key technologies include:pyramid tile technology, data security and encryption technology, SOA-based GIS services and mobile positioning technology to achieve to solve the Quick release huge amounts of data, data security and other issues, to achieve the law enforcement monitoring data transmission of wireless network security, and the Kunshan City, Jiangsu Province as the research object, the design and construction of land-based mobile GIS prototype dynamic inspection monitoring system, based on exploration 3G mobile terminal dynamic inspection of land and resources regulatory approach.The practical application shows that using the embedded GIS development of 3G smart phones to land and resources for the mobile terminal dynamic inspection monitoring system better able to complete the inspection task of moving law enforcement, inspections outside the industry to reduce workload and improve the efficiency of moving law enforcement, the system simple operation, suitable for grass-roots law enforcement officers.
