Seed plant diversity and conservation were studied in Lingyuan Mountain.The object of this paper was to provide scientific methods and theories for plant diversity conservation of Lingyuan Mountain.The following results have been obtained in this research:(1)The Diversity of Pinus massoniana community was studied in Jinjiang Lingyuan Mountain.A change of Pinus massoniana richness was relevant to altitudinal.The reduced and increased after the first increase trend.The tree layers diversity was consistent with brushwood layers diversity and herbaceous layers diversity change trend community diversity;Pinus massoniana community species diversity of each index value in the community for the change rule of different levels:brushwood layers>herbaceous layers>tree layers;the maximum species diversity was in southwest slope and the minimum was in the northwest slope;the index values of species diversity are minor differences in different slopes,in 10°?20° slope of each index,the largest in 30°?40° slope each index is minimal.Results of different plant community species diversity in Lingyuan Mountain showed that,study of different vegetation diversity indicates,Warm coniferous forest of pinus massoniana and Gardenia jasminoides,Needle leaf mixed forest of pinus massoniana and Acacia confusa,Evergreen broad-leaved forest of Schefflera octophylla and Acacia confusa have lower diversity generally in various vegetation type in different formation.Mixed needle forest have ahigher diversity and little difference.Among the Mixed needle forests,pinus massoniana and Acacia confusa has the highest diversity.The diversity of shrub is generally the highest,followed by herb layer and tree layer compared with otier formation.Among the main vegetation,The highest diversity of mixed forests,followed by mixed coniferous warm coniferous forest,the diversity of evergreen broad-leaved forest is the lowest.The diversity of eachi layer:brushwood layers>herbaceous layers>tree layers.Through the Lingyuan Mountain compared with Daiyun Mountain National Nature Reserve plant community species diversity,the results show that Daiyun Mountain National Nature Reserve species diversity of each index value than Lingyuan Mountain.(2)Using M.Godron stability determination method on the different plant communities in power source for stability were studied,different types of forest community basic stable,the stability of the tree layer was lower than the shrub layer.From the perspective of relationship between the diversity and stability analysist,the same size of the community diversity is related to its stability does not exist.(3)Through summarizing the Lingyuan Mountain species diversity and the present condition of the vegetation diversity,found the problems existing in the plant diversity protection,aimed at the problems found,Lingyuan Mountain plant diversity protection countermeasures were put forward.From the association priority protection level research results available,two of divided into first-class protection association;nine of secondary protection association;thirty of ordinary protection association,and put forward protection measures according to different level of protection.
