| Chengshantou nature reserve with special sedimentary structure and typical morphology is a special Littoral Karst landform in Dalian,Liaoning.Because of the dualism and vulnerability from the joint influence of land and sea erosion,the quality of the ecological environment and protection reveals its special scientific research value.Currently,in addition to the Karst landform in the area,there are biological resources with abundance of birds.Consequently,it is utmost valuable to study and protect this area.Based on the results of status survey of protection object and land ecological environment as well as marine ecological environment,the paper employing scientifically the method of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)tries to construct index system so as to do overall evaluation on the ecological quality of the nature area.Primary coverage of the dissertation is as follows:(1)The evaluation index of the reserve includes the natural heritage,birds diversity as well as the birds habitats.Good results are shown from the overall evaluation with excellent grade.(2)Based on the land ecological environment of the reserve,the thesis put stress index of land and vegetation coverage index into the evaluation to reveal human disturbance,combining the development situation of the neighborhood area.The study demonstrates that the main problems of the land area environment come from the overwhelming buildings,the low vegetation coverage,the poor nature view as well as the destruction to the earth surface of the reserve.(3)The evaluation on the present quality of the sea ecology in the reserve reveals that although the sea water high level of inorganic phosphas,the water quality has re-ached the first grade required.The southeastern sea area of Chengshantou reserve has bad quality water,which probably related to the effluent discharge.The evaluation on the habitat of the sea area shows the qualification of the basic production in the area,which is resulted from the discharge of the ships and the abuse of fertilizer.To sum up,an overall assessment to the ecological quality of the reserve shows that although the general condition of the area is good,but the grade is still lower than the standard of national nature reserve.The land protection,vegetation coverage and natural landscape should be responsible for this.Considering the facts of biological quality in offshore area and the percentage of the coastline occupied,we see the grade of multi-ecological evaluation index is low.These reveal the interferes and over-dev-elopments from human activities in the reserve.So,the research of ecological quality assessment shows that the resource development of the nature reserve should be limit-ed immediately,and the emissions of pollution should be forbidden right now.This thesis is expected to provide scientific basis for protection and management in nature reserve. |
