The relationship with leaves and their soil of C, N, and P, K content, characteristics and features of five different dominant trees stoichiometry werestudied, in Huangcangyu nature reserve, as well as the relations among five dominanttrees leaf traits characters. Here are the conclusions:(1) Leave of C, N, P and K mass and the seasonal trends are not identical, to reflectthe content of plant leaf blade element greatly influenced by genetic material.(2) Using N/P ratio to determine the dominant tree Huangcangyu nature reservenutritional limitation, found that the five dominant tree species leaf N/P<14,represents the five dominant tree by nitrogen limitation,in spring. However, cork oak, pistache, Acer mono, Pteroceltis blade N/P>16, represented by phosphorusrestrictions; and Nanjing linden tree N/P<14, showing still under nitrogen limitationin summer, Finally, cork oak, Chinese pistache, Nanjing linden leaf N/P<14,represented by nitrogen limitation, but this time Acer mono and Pteroceltis leafN/P>16, represents phosphorus restriction in the fall.(3) There is significant seasonal fluctuations among the value of leave C/P fivedominant tree species ha, its lowest value in Huangcangyu nature reserve, in spring, further evidence of the C/P can be used as a judgment on the basis of the size of theplant growth rate.(4) C, N, P content of soil seasonal and spatial variation was not significant (P>0.05), C, N, P mass of soil is found stability; there is a significant difference (P<0.05)K concentration in different dominant trees.(5) There is significant difference between leaf area and biomass of five dominant treespecies in Huangcangyu nature reserve, show that in the accumulation of differentspecies significant differences between biomass and resource efficiency, reflecting thedifferent species adapt to different strategies.(6)Specific leaf area of Quercus changed significantly with seasonal variation;pistache specific leaf area in spring and summer did not change significantly, but significant changes in the autumn; Acer mono with the seasons significant changes;Pteroceltis specific leaf area in the summer to the fall did not change significantly, compared with the spring change significantly; Nanjing linden leaf area than with theseasons change significantly, but in spring and autumn did not change significantly.Specific leaf area between the five dominant tree there was a significant difference(P<0.05) in the fall, but there was a significant difference (P<0.05) in the spring onlyQuercus and Acer mono specific leaf area than the other three species between SLAwas not significant (P>0.05); significant difference exist in summer Quercus andNanjing linden specific leaf area (P<0.05), leaf area than the other three speciesbetween not significant (P>0.05).
