The forest coverage is high and the plant resources are abundant.Biodiesel is a new type of biomass energy, the development of bio-diesel industry can not only alleviate the pressure caused by energy shortages, but also reduce environmental pollution, and has important strategic significance in sustainable development of the economy and the coordinated development of human society and the natural environment, But the problem of raw materials to a large extent restricted the development of China's biodiesel industry.Nanyang Funiu Mountain oil plant resources are very rich, but the development and utilization is very limited, resulting in a waste of resources.It is an effective way to solve the energy crisis and realize the sustainable development of energy by selecting high quality oil plants for the development of Biodiesel.According to the diversity and distribution of plant resources in the Funiu Mountain area, from April 2014 to August 2016, the Yanzhen Forest District, the Laojieling Forest District, the Baotianman national nature reserve, the Baotianman Forest District, the Shirenshan Mountain Forest District, the Fangcheng County, the Nanzhao County, the Xixia County, the Neixiang County, the Xichuan County, the Danjiang Reservoir and other places as the focus of the investigation area, and select in the region of high, medium and low mountain's peaks, redges, sunny slope, shady slope, valleys, rivers, wetlands and other internal investigation deals in different habitats, a total of investigation to the Funiu Mountain area wild oil plant 189 species, belonging to 42 families,94 genera.The collection of physical specimens, text information and digital information specimens (including species and their geographical location, vegetation, community and habitat of digital photos), and the use of high precision track recorder track data, through information processing, identification of species, on the basis of the constructed respectively based on the Google Earth Funiu Mountain area oil plant diversity digital information platform and based on the CFH Funiu Mountain area oil plant diversity digital information platform.At the same time of field investigation, cooperation with Nanyang Normal University and Henan Tiantai Funiu Mountain botanical garden Co.,Ltd and other cooperation, collecting some oil plant seeds and other reproductive organs, respectively, in the Nanyang Normal University Science and Technology demonstration farm and Xixia Funiu Mountain botanical garden 112 species of 35 families of plants are successfully introduced into the study, of which Fabaceae and Aceraceae up to 13 species; Euphorbiaceae and Lauraceae plant species come next,9 species and 7 species, respectively; Rutaceae, Compositae and Anacardiaceae are 5 species; other species of plant species less.
