Laoxiancheng National Nature Reserve of Zhouzhi County,Shaanxi Province,located in the southern slope of the Qinling Mountains and the core position of the Qinling Giant Panda Nature Reserve,based on the basic fact that the giant panda has a high density and concentration in this region,how does the giant panda in the region behave in terms of habitat in the context of human fragmentation caused by the increasing fragmentation of habitats?In order to answer this question,to master the giant panda in the region of the adaptation mechanism.In the summer(March-August)and autumn and winter(October-December)of 2016,the author studied the wild giant pandas of Laoxiancheng National Nature Reserve to provide a scientific basis for the conservation of pandas,the control of the most suitable habitats and the control of other species.A variety of analytical methods were used to analyze the data at different levels:?The classification and judgment function of the ecological age of giant panda was established by discriminant analysis.And then determine the age structure and qunatity of the giant panda population according to the discriminant function.?The main influencing factors of giant panda habitat selection were identified by PCA analysis.? The background value of ecological factors in different habitats was determined by sample method.?Vanderloeg and Scavia of selection coefficient(Wi)and selectivity index(Ei)were used to determine the basal diameter of different species and different vegetative organs.The feeding and plant utilization of giant pandas were analyzed by Pearson.The results show that:(1)Through the fecal analysis found that the elderly body feces 8 groups,adult body stool 14 groups,sub-adult 13 groups,juvenile body stool 10groups.The population is mostly adults and sub-adults,so the population dynamics tend to be stable(2)In the giant panda' s summer habitat selection of the Laoxiancheng National Nature Reserve,according to the contribution rate of ecological factors,the order of selection factors is "vegetation hierarchy","geographical factors","distribution pattern of surface vegetation","irrigation structure","hidden condition" "light" and " fargesia qinlingensis forest structure".Among them,vegetation factors play a major role.In the giant panda's winter habitat of the Laoxiancheng National Nature Reserve,most of the giant pandas livied in an altitude of 1800m-2000m altitude;they prefer to gentle slope,slope? 40 °,and they like downhill,sunny slope,mountain slope,shelter and hidden in good condition,leeward,light intensity? 2000 lux,and they like bamboo in the density of moderate activities,The feeding ways are the crossing or temporary feeding,feeding base for bare.(3)Habitat selection during breeding mating period,altitude 1900?2000m is the most intense traces of giant panda activities.The habitat characteristics were as follows:vegetation type is coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forest,canopy closure>50;shrub coverage>0.5;the ground coverage is growing in good condition;the giant pandas prefer to bamboo of moderate density,At the same time,they has the tendency to take the initiative to avoid interference(4)The characteristics of environmental factors that breeding dens selection of pandas in the Laoxiancheng National Nature Reserve are all located in the sunny slope,interference height is small,gentle slope,mostly in the uphill,near the water source,hidden conditions are in the upper,the hole is dry,caves shelter conditions are excellent.Caves type are mostly partial rock type and tunnel type.(5)Giant pandas in the Laoxiancheng National Nature Reserve mainly eat Fargesia qinlingensis.The giant panda prefer to the bamboo shoots with the diameter of 0.2cm-0.6cm and the diameter of the diameter of 0.5cm-2cm.(6)The utilization rate of bamboo pests in different seasons was different,and the utilization rate of bamboo in summer was higher than that in autumn and winter.The apparent factors that affect the utilization rate of bamboo in the summer are the apparent factors such as the height of bamboo and the height of the residual pile,and the lower diameter of the residual pile.The apparent correlation between the utilization rate of bamboo in autumn and winter is the average height,residual pile foundation diameter,abandoned slightly lower diameter,edible length.
