| Laotie National Nature Reserve located in Lushunkou district,Dalian City,Liaoning Province,including Snake Island,Laotie Mountain,Jiutou Mountain and Tiger Tail.Snake island agkistrogon,birds and ecosystem of reserve are the main protection objects.Insects,as the main food for most of birds,are an important part of the food chain,and the conservation area has not yet conducted a comprehensive and systematic investigation of insect resources.In this study,the insects of Snake Island,Laotie Mountain and Jiutou Mountain were investigated by quadrat method and line intercept method.The composition of insect community and its species were analyzed.And also the similarity and diversity of the insect community in the different habitats of Laotie Mountain and Jiutou Mountain were analyzed.In addition,five dominant insect communities of Laotie Mountain and Jiutou Mountain were selected and analyzed in detail.And the changes of insect diversity on the time scale were carried out in order to explore the temporal dynamics of insect diversity in Laotie Mountain and Jiutou Mountain.According to the research results,the author puts forward some suggestions for the protection of the reserve.The main results are as follows:(1)55 species of insects were collected from snake island,belonging to 9 orders and 33 families and 53 genera.And 256 species of insects have been collected from Laotie Mountain and Jiutou Mountain,belonging to 10 orders and 88 families and 230 genera.(2)The temporal dynamics of some insect communities in Laotie Mountain and Jiutou Mountain were analyzed.The results showed that the number of insects and the number of insect species in the time of the change is basically the same,but in August there are more insect species,and the number of individuals less.It was found that the species diversity(H')was the highest in August,and the change trend of the uniformity index(J)was inversely related to the change of dominance index(D).(3)The distribution of insects in different habitats is different,and the dominant species are not the same in different habitats,indicating that the protection of all types of habitat is very important.(4)Based on the number of insects,the number of species,the diversity index H',the evenness index J and the dominance index D of the five different habitats,hierarchical cluster analysis was carried out.The 5 habitats were divided into three groups.The first one was shrub grassland,farmland orchard and broad-leaved forest.The second one was coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forest,and the third one was coniferous forest.(5)The comparison of the Jaccard similarity between different habitats showed that the insect community similarity between the 5 habitats was small,which indicated that the selected habitats of the 5 habitats were well represented. |
