How to organize and manage the emergency geographic information quickly, and how to manage and share the emergency geographic information service, as the focus of this paper is discussed.The specific research contents and results are as follows:(1) Detailed classification of emergency geographic information and its services is discussed in this paper, analyze the specific sources of emergency geographic information and its service.(2) According to the category of emergency geographic information, the attribute demand of all kinds of emergency geographic information and emergency response departments for emergency geographic information service needs are analyzed.(3) This paper studies the management mechanism of emergency geographic information and service. According to different classification criteria, the emergency geographic information and services are organized in an orderly directory. Several collection methods of emergency geographic information data and the mechanism of data and service sharing are designed. proposed two emergency geographic information service publishing methods,realize the sharing of services.(4) Based on the research of emergency geographic information and service, a prototype system of emergency geographic information service is designed.
