Analysis And Construction Of Influencing Factors Of Meteorological Equipment Support Service Platform From The Perspective Of Sharing Economy

Meteorological equipment security is not only an important foundation for ensuring the normal operation of comprehensive meteorological observation system,but also an important guarantee to gaining observed data for the weather forecast.Strengthening the construction of meteorological equipment security capability is of great significance to enhancing meteorological disaster prevention and mitigation capacity,and promoting the modernization and informatization of meteorological services.With the development comprehensive meteorological observation system,meteorological equipment increases quickly.It poses great challenges for meteorological equipment security.Traditional business mode cannot meet the need of the modernization of meteorological equipment security.The study adopts "Sharing Economy" business model and the technology of informatization and "Internet plus" to constructing the service platform of meteorological equipment security,to solving the problem of meteorological equipment security in tradition business mode.First of all,in this paper,the author uses field work method and literature research method to analyze the development of meteorological equipment security business and the development of service system.Second,aiming at the difficulties and critical problems of meteorological equipment security business,the author propounds the proposal for building up the service platform of meteorological equipment security from the view of "Sharing Economy" and demonstrates it.Third,based on the principle of independence,the principle of fault tolerance,the principle of usability and the principle of safety,the author provides the framework of the platform by the analysis of service platform and influential factors.And the author analyzes the design of function of the subsystem of platform.Therefore,adopting "Sharing Economy" mode to construct service platform is an importance approach to improve meteorological equipment security.Meanwhile,it has practical meaning for promoting the innovation of meteorological system.
