Longbao lake wetland is located in Yushu country which belongs to Yushu Tibetan autonomous prefecture in Qinghai province, it is the most representative alpine meadow wetland ecosystem in our country, and it pertains to typical plateau continental climate. Thus, Longbao lake wetland has significant meaning in climate regulation, protection and recovery of ecological environment for this district.In this experiment, plant communities in Longbao lake wetland was taken as research object, to analyze and study the species composition, plant family and genus, diversity of species, correlation among edaphic factors, relationship between edaphic factor and diversity of species, relationship among plant species by quadrat survey in outside, clustering analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. Finally it would provide scientific basis for the protection of biological diversity and habitat for wild animals and wild plants, sustainable utilization of biological environment in Longbao lake wetland.The results of quadrat survey in Longbao lake wetland showed that there were 21 species belonged to 19 genus and 10 families, in which there were 12 dicotyledons belonged to 11 genus and 7 families while there were 9 monocotyledons belonged to 8 genus and 3 families, and the plants were perennial herb mainly.Plant communities in Longbao lake were divided into three types: sedge plant community, scripus triqueter plant community and kobresia myosuroides plant community by quadrat survey in outside and clustering analysis. In total, species in plant community were little, structure was simpleness relatively and diversity level was low.The results of research between edaphic factors and the diversity of species showed that soil organic matter, soil pH, soil total salt, soil total nitrogen and soil total phosphorus were the main factors that influenced the diversity of species, and soil organic matter's function was more obvious.According to 210 species pairs by 21 species emerged in the quadrat of Longbao lake wetland, the relationship among plant species in study area was researched by Spearman relation test mainly and ?2 test and Person relation test were also considered comprehensively. The results of Spearman relation analysis showed that there were a lot significant correlation in species pairs. The amount of extremely significant positive correlation, significant positive correlation, extremely significant negative correlation, significant negative correlation were 61, 10, 36, 4 respectively, and the proportion of them in total species pairs were 29.0%, 4.8%, 17.1%, 2.0% respectively.
