| Nowadays the study for geographical national condition monitoring was still in its infancy,a unified content and index system had not yet been formed,so that building a clarified level,well-defined monitoring contents and index system,it had the importance for the project,for getting current situation,trends and development tendency of geographical situation,for countries making important decisions and policy formulation provides the basis,for related departments to provide professional monitoring of basic public data.The aims of this paper was about to create a geographic national condition census elements dynamic detection database which was based on the geographic national condition data and image data of 2015 and multi-spectral high resolution image data of 2012 in Fengtai county Fenghuang town Anhui province.In order to create the database,we compared the difference among various image data by using ENVI,ARCGIS etc.to identify quantitative change of surface type and the change of different types spatial distribution.We also compared the dynamic detection database with background database to make research of land use,forest monitoring,road analysis etc.to get many thematic charts.The results of the analysis of the geographic national conditions monitoring database showed that :1.The farmland area was the biggest part of the surface coverage area in 2012 and 2015 of Fenghuang,respectively 63.6% and 58.2% of the total area.The desert and bare surface had the smallest area of 0.2.From 2012 to 2015 in Fenghaung,the farmland and grassland had reduced most and house area,road area and construction area had increased most.The change showed that Fenghuang was in a developing stage,the building of road and construction was developed very quickly in these years.3.From 2012 to 2015 in Fenghaung,cultivated land,forest land,water area,garden land and grassland had reduced and building area,road area and other elements area had increased;This was mainly due to the expansion of urban area,residential area and the construction of urban roads and houses.Besides,the crop production could not be achieved in the city.Therefore,the cultivated land area was decreased.The transformation among the cultivated land,grassland and garden land was related to the season and year,whose contingency was very high which leads to the result that the land use type was changeful.The major changes in Fenghuang from 2012 to 2015 are related to urban expansion construction,especially the houses and roads.In general,the change of land use in Fenghuang from 2012 to 2015 is the transformation of farmland to construction land and the other land use types haven’t changed a lot.Finally,we find out the function of geographical national conditions use in the value evaluation model of land use by establishing the index system of comprehensive land use value model.Through the analysis of land use value in Fengtai from ecology,society,landscape and economy view,the results show that the Fengtai county economic value is higher than the average level in Anhui province in 2015 and ecological value,social value and landscape value is lower than the average level in Anhui province.Total land use comprehensive value is slightly lower than the average level in Anhui province,which can make us naturally draw a conclusion that Fengtai is a medium county when it comes to economy and other aspects.Fengtai isn’t in the scenic area but it’s fertile of coal.The environment has suffered serious pollution.Although the related department has paid attention to the environment,it’s still a long way to go. |
