Geographical national conditions refer to geographical and human factors related to geography,reflecting a region's humanities,economics,and natural conditions from a geospatial perspective.From the perspective of geography,the use of spatial methods to continuously observe the relevant elements of national conditions,while the process of collecting,processing and statistical analysis of monitoring results is the monitoring of geographical conditions.Since 2016,due to the needs of the transformation and development of the geographic information industry,the provinces have carried out annual normalization monitoring in accordance with the overall arrangements and arrangements of the State Council on the monitoring of geographical conditions.On the basis of the national survey of geographical conditions,the content system is consistent with the first national census of national geography in 2015,ensuring coverage across the country,facing general goals,and taking into account the needs of various industries for annual normal monitoring.,continue to provide professional geographical information support on demand.Continue to go deep into the normal monitoring service,do deep,strong,and fine.This topic is to carry out targeted research in the operation process of the production and implementation stage of the geographical situation monitoring project.On this basis,the corresponding solutions and improvement measures are proposed.At present,the national situation monitoring tasks are mainly: collection and collation of thematic data,change information identification and collection,data monitoring and update,field investigation and verification,internal data editing and collation,monitoring results inspection and acceptance,and pre-inspection of the results data.Related preprocessing,summary of results,etc.The key links are mainly reflected in: multi-source data collection and integration,change regional monitoring data collection,rational use of human factors.The specific research contents are as follows:This paper summarizes the current situation of domestic and foreign geographic monitoring,analyses the current situation of China's physical and geographical conditions,topography,traffic conditions,climate and natural resources in Deqin County.The main contents of the monitoring work of geographical conditions are studied in detail.The characteristics of monitoring and changing of land cover and geographical elements in each year from 2015 to 2019 in Deqin County are analyzed and summarized.For example,with the development of the country,the rural roads in Deqin County have increased significantly since 2016.Data analysis of geographic national condition monitoring project will find that: the increase of pavement area in surface coverage,the increase of manual dump and abandoned houses;the increase or extension of road central line in geographic national condition factors,the change of space location of unit courtyard,etc.Through the necessary summary,it is conducive to the follow-up of Deqin County's geographic situation monitoring work,grasp the key points,and play a corresponding guiding that the existing supporting processing software can not be satisfied,based on Arc GIS visual Model Builder principle and technology,combined with Python script programming language to complete the corresponding batch tool function design and the preliminary programming development of the corresponding script,preliminary realization of geographical conditions Monitor batch processing functions at various stages of data distribution,change information identification and collection,data edge selection,data inspection,and interpretation of sample data processing.It can be used in the actual production practice to verify the availability of relevant batch processing tools,which can be used as a supplement to the professional production quality inspection software provided by the state and the provincial level,can provide scientific and technical refinement and optimization reference and guidance for the implementation of the geographical situation monitoring project,and can also be used as a follow-up technology in the production process of the geographical situation monitoring project in Deqin County.
