| The shortage of water resources in our country, extreme weather occur from time to time, and with the rapid development of the national economy, water shortages and damages caused by drought has slowly evolved into one of the main factors hindering China's national economic development and agricultural income, due to suffering from frequent drought affected, people gradually realize that to drought response and reaction ability should be strengthened. Therefore, it is very meaningful to develop regional drought evaluation, analysis, forecast drought and establishment of emergency countermeasures. In drought resistance study, only to the drought evaluation firstly, to prepare the reasonable and effective countermeasures to fight the drought. In the study of this article, according to the specific circumstances of the region selected drought evaluation indicators, the establishment of a drought fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, the preparation of the research area of drought and disaster mitigation measures, the specific research as follows:(1) Summarizes the category of the drought, and introduce the classification and characterization of each drought index in detail.(2) Understand all kinds of drought evaluation index and the selection principle of evaluation index.(3) With the improved principal component analysis and the improved analytic hierarchy process to the drought evaluation index weight model, combining the fuzzy mathematics theory with fuzzy evaluation matrix, the drought comprehensive evaluation model is set up.(4) Using the model in this paper to analyze the drought in Dongxiang county in Jiangxi province in 2003 and 2010, according to the integrity of the data to select suitable drought evaluation index of the Dongxiang county, take the Dongxiang county historical measured data to model operation, comparing the evaluation results and practical situation of Dongxiang county, test in this paper, the model of evaluation results are accurate, experience, this paper established the model is scientific and feasible.(5) After correctly determining the degree of drought in Dongxiang County of Jiangxi Province, a series of strategic measures to effectively deal with the drought in Jiangxi province were put forward. In order to ensure the healthy development of the regional economy, it provides the technical and scientific support for drawing up the drought risk map of the whole province and making the plan of agricultural drought disaster reduction in the province. |
