Karst basin has the characteristics of soluble rock strata and non-soluble rock strata alternated output,concealed karst development and zonal distribution, sinkholes underground streams/underground rivers and ground water development features.Complex geological structure,makes rock dissolved basin containing water system in the connected surface of drowning hole, vertical pipeline and almost close level of underground river contact up, Precipitation and formed of surface runoff can through these vertical pipeline and quickly pour into underground river system, to change the transmission speed and number of water and by carry of non-points source pollutants quality in vertical and level direction,rock dissolved basin within surface-underground material exchange and transmission process resulting in material exchange and transmission process between surface-underground became compared complex in rock dissolved basin.Therefore,Obtaining the karst groundwater flow plays an important role in the study of the mechanism of further non-point source pollution formation and transmission.Traditional hydrogeology mainly through methods such as electrolyte gets flow of groundwater, however limited the view of the method, time and vigour. With the development of technologies such as remote sensing, geographic information systems and applications, as well as the extraction of regional geological structures and subsurface fluids is important indicator of linear technology matures, linear bodies allows to quickly obtain a groundwater flow to gradually become possible.To further explore the karst features meet sinkholes, underground stream / underground river,karst springs and other on surface- groundwater hydrology and nutrient interactions,as well as the need to carry out research of the mechanism of nonpoint source pollution in karst regions are formed and transmission, this paper for individual use DEM and lack of presence of linear body Landsat-8 remote sensing images acquired to have a typical karst features of the eastern part of Changhe river basin as the study area in Jiangxi province, DEM data and remote sensing images based on Landsat-8,using a filtering process, edge extraction, binarization, topology reconstruction method to extract linear body river basin DEM and remote sensing images to DEM linear body based, linear body remote sensing images, supplemented by Derivingkarst groundwater basin according to a substantially linear movement of the body flow, combined with field sampling data obtained to verify the following conclusions:(1) Respectively DEM elevation data and remote sensing image median filtering,Gaussian filter, directional filter, edge detection, thresholding process, and the combination of river and land use data noise removed, eventually gets the linear form of DEM and remote sensing image in the river basin. Through analysis of linear acquired that area west of the river basin of the linear body more intensive, especially in the southwest, to be launched in the region is substantially more complex geological structure; the actual geological structure that controls data tectonic region west of the study area more complex, indicating the extracted linear body to a certain extent can better reflect the actual geological structure of the study area.(2) Is given priority to with DEM lineament, remote sensing image linear is complementary, to obtain the linear density analysis, learned that structural lineament of areas of high density value in the study area through the area of the structure of the main means to extract the linear body are in good agreement with the actual geological conditions; Through the frequency-length histogram and normal QQ figure analysis, learned that extracting linear data normally distributed, instructions for linear body has a certain credibility.(3) Deriving the flow of groundwater in accordance with generally linear movements and elevation data in the study area,field data and calculation of groundwater flow diagram validation, learned study on the calculation of groundwater flow field data correspond to higher.
