Zootoca vivipara, belonging to the squamata, the lacertian and the zootoca, is the typical example of squamata shows two reproductive models within species. In China, Zootoca vivipara is mainly distributed in Heilongjiang, Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang, and other regions, which is the most northern lizard species distributed in China. As the global climate changes, more significant influence on reptiles has happened, and their living situation faces enormous challenges. The conservation biology stresses the protection of biodiversity, especially the protection of the genetic diversity.Intraspecific variation may happen during the long process of evolution due to geographic isolation. This paper sequences the gene sequence of mitochondria DNA(mtDNA)Cytb and control area D-loop in varies species of Chinese Zootoca vivipara.42 samples in 7 species of China have been measured by mitochondria Cytb molecular marker technology. After contrasting, we gain 9 haplotypes, extending 1143 bp, finding that the genetic distance between geographic populations of Chinese zootoca vivipara is( 0.0000-0.00183). Then we make a phylogenetic tree of 9 haplotypes of zootoca vivipara and 48 haplotypes of zootoca vivipara searched in GenBank. One phylogenetic tree is VC6 and VC9, and another is the haplotype VU1 of Eastern Europe. China's zootoca vivipara has no obvious geographical molecular system structure. After the contraction between the crocody lusintermedius and the Cytb sequences of lacertian from the GenBank, we have built 17 phylogenic trees of lacertian. Except the outgroup molecular phylogenetic tree is divided into two parts, one including eremias, lacerta, platyplacous, takydromus, and the eremias vermiculata of eremias. Among this zootoca vivipara and lacerta agilis of zootoca belng to the same type, which is consistent with the morphological taxonomy of the zootoca vivipara.Based on the mitochondria D-loop area, we have measured 42 samples of 7 species of China's zootoca vivipara, finding that there are 9 variation points, and gaining 5 haplotypes and the genetic distance of these 7 species is the range of(0.0000-0.00717). The phylogenetic tree made by the method of maximum likelihood shows that the Burqin population in Xinjiang and the Argun population in Inner Mongolia areintegrated to one which belong to the same time type with Huma population in Heilongjiang. At the same time, these three species are integrated with another haplotype of Argun population in Inner Mongolia. There are complicated genetic relationship among different geographic populations of China's zootoca vivipara, but there are no obvious evolutionary relationship among different geographic populations of China's zootoca vivipara, and different spectrum have not formed in accordance with different geographical areas. Although geographical isolation exists between Xinjiang populations and populations of Inner Mongolia and Heilongjiang, there are apparent gene exchange among different species.
