Clubiona is the largest genus of Clubionidae.Currently,586 species within 15 genera in Clubionidae have been recorded in the world;among them,472 species belonging to Clubiona(World Spider Catalog,2015).In China, there are 108 species within 4 genera in Clubionidae, among them,105 species belonging to Clubiona(Li & Wang,2015).This article combines methods of morphological classification and molecular systematics to study Clubiona. The morphology part of this dissertation studies every species group and a part of species in Chinese Clubiona, including collecting, identifying and reserving specimens, describing characters of every species group, the catalog of nominal species, photographing, measuring, drawing and describing the new taxa. This article records 51 Clubiona species in 11 species groups, including 7 new species and 2 new discovery of the male.New species: Clubiona bicuspidata sp.nov.,C.calycina sp.nov.,C.submoralis sp.nov.,C.pollicaris sp.nov.,C.emeiensis sp.nov.,C.gongshanensis sp.nov.,C.subinsulana sp.nov.New discovery of the male: C.kropfi Zhang,Zhu & Song,2003 and C.qiyunensis Xu,Yang & Song,2003.The molecular systematics part selects 26 species representing for 10 species groups of Chinese Clubiona, including extraction, amplication, sequencing 109 COI sequences, and establishing Bayes phylogenetic tree. The result of BI reveals: 1)different individuals of the same species can gather together with 100 percent success rate;2)except for corticalis-group,other species groups with more than one species can not gather together. Therefore,COI can be used as the sequence of DNA barcoding of Clubiona, but can not be used to analyse the phylogeny of species group.
