The phenomenon of neutrino oscillation clearly proves that there exists no-degenerate neutrino masses. But all the details we got from the current neutrino experiments were still not enough to help to determine the absolute neutrino masses. On the other hand, the flavor symmetry theory may gave us some inspirations about the mass matrix. Starting from some mass matrices with special structures, we could calculate out the certain values of neutrino masses, while these special structures could be realized through flavor symmetry theory.First, we gave out the special structures which discussed in our work: texture zeros and cofactor zeros, we listed out all the possible mass matrices of this two structures, and ruled out some structures since they were not compatible with the physical truth. To those survived out, we made numerical analysis, and restricted the exportation using the current data, for those who passed the restriction we plot out the results and made a discussion and analysis, we found that only three kinds of neutrino mass matrices could survived and one of them was sensitive to the cosmology determination, we did a softer constraint to it. In order to make a convenient comparison, we discussed and plotted the diagonal and off-diagonal current lepton mass matrices results together, and found that the differences between these two conditions were not simple as we considered, the differences not only showed on the numerical distribution, but also on the possibilities to rule out the corresponding mass matrices, which was a new result, to those who were ruled out, we made a numerical explanation. At last, to those who agreed with the current data well, we explored a realization from flavor symmetry theory, proposed that the6 2Z ?Z flavor symmetry group could contain all the survived mass matrices.
