In this thesis, we mainly study texture zeros of the Majorana neutrino mass matrix in light of recent experimental results, and the phenomeno logical analysis.A number of neutrino oscillation experiments established that the neutrinos have masses and mixings. The neutrino mass is found to be very tiny, which different from the changed fermions. It is found that at least one of the three mixing(θ12,θ23,θ13) is large, close to 45°. This is in contrast to the situation in the quark sector, where all mixing angles are small. Neutrinos are assumed to be massless in the standard model of particle physics, the origins of the neutrino masses and mixing need new physics beyond the standard model. Under the assumption that neutrinos are Majorana type, the neutrino mass matrix is symmetric with six independent elements and have nine physical parameters, including three neutrino masses, three flavor mixing angles, and three CP-violating phases. We investigate the two-zero texture of the neutrino mass matrix. It is shown that two neutrino mass squared differences (δm2, Δm2) and three flavor mixing (θ12,θ23,θ13) can fully determine three neutrino mass(m1,m2,m3) and three CP-violating phases (δ,σ,ρ). In fifteen two-zero textures of the Majorana neutrino mass matrix, we find that there are seven acceptable textures are compatible with the experimental data at the 3σ CL experimental range. Interestingly, there are exist a 2-3 permutation symmetry between A1 and A2, B1 and B2, B3 and B4, therefore, the phenomeno logical implications of these are similar and thus we have discussed pattern A1, B1,B3 and C only in detail.We first introduce the development history of weak interaction, spontaneous symmetry breaking mechanism and electroweak theory; then introduce the neutrino oscillation, mixing and the ways to generate tiny neutrino masses-seesaw mechanism; Finally we discuss the texture zero neutrino mass matrices and focus on studying the Majorana neutrino mass matrix Mv with two independent texture zeros. We update the data of the neutrino oscillation and obtain the constraints to Dirac CP-violating phase δ and Majorana CP-violating phase(σ,ρ).
