The Terrestrial Vertebrates Diversity In Mulun Nature Reserve Of Guangxi

From October2012to August2013, the author carried out aninvestigation of the terrestrial vertebrates in Mulun NatureReserve of Guangxi province. Using the line transect method,access method, infrared camera detection method for fieldinvestigation.Through collection?observation? asking andconsulting relevant documents, statistics suggest that360species of terrestrial vertebrate animals are distributed inMulun Nature Reserve?belonging to4class,28order,90families?224genera.Among them,3species belong to thefirst-class protection in satae-leval, and41species under thesecond-class protection in satae-leval,13species are theendangered species,35species are native to China. There are203species of Amphibian, belonging to15order,49families?123genera.Among them,29species under the national keyprotected animals,13species are the endangered species,4species are native to China. There are64species of Reptila,belonging to2order,12families?39genera.Among them,17species are the endangered species,10species are native toChina.. There are33species of Aves, belonging to2order,7families?19genera.Among them,3species under the national key protected animals,4species are the endangered species,15species are native to China. There are60species ofMamamalla, belonging to9order,22families?43genera.Amongthem,12species under the national key protected animals,13species are the endangered species,6species are native toChina.the The results by means of G—F index,show that thediversity about section and interspecific, present the varietyphenomenon listed below:Aves(0.8224)> Mamamalla(0.6458)>Reptila(0.5552)>Amphibian(0.4512).Compared to Maolan NatureReserve,the G—F index is Aves(0.8436)> Mamamalla(0.7354)>Reptila(0.4922)>Amphibian(0.2443). Between Mulun NatureReserve and Maolan Nature Reserve,theory of differenceanalysis results show that terrestrial vertebrates correlation(P=0.052>0.05)did not reach significant level.
