ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is a kind of modern business management pattern based on the computer information management system. It is also an business management innovation platform. It devotes to in each link of business management, makes full use of present information technologies to build network system, integrates and optimizes logistics, information flow, capital flow, workflowvin enterprise management and operation, realizes optimized allocation of resources, speeds up the market reaction, thus enhances business management efficiency and level, and ultimately raises enterprises’economic efficiency, enhances enterprise core competitiveness. Implementation of ERP system, will promote the reform of business management ideology and the methodology; promote the revolution of enterprise commercial operation patter; promote restructure of business flow and integration of organizational structure and management process and promote scientific decision-making.The successful implementation of a ERP project will bring enormous combined benefits for an enterprise, but during the process of ERP implementation, an enterprise can also face enormous risk of failure. So far, although many enterprises in our country are trying implement ERP actively or implemented ERP, but the success ratio was very low. Therefore, in order to enhance ERP’s success ratio, .it is necessary for us to fully understood risks during the process of ERP implementation and to estimate and control risk accurately.This paper mainly aims at studying on ERP’s applications in the domestic electricity generation enterprises , research results are as follows:(1) Based on the project early stage investigation and study, analyzes ERP core management ideology and frequently-used application platform technology, and points out ERP’s superiorities when implementing“headquartersâ€control pattern under the way of“centralismâ€.(2) Taking the external environment condition to implement ERP in electricity generation enterprises as the key point, analyzes particularities of the external environment condition to implement ERP in our country and external environment’s risks and the corresponding risk countermeasures;proposes that the project implementation process of electricity generation enterprises is key for the success of ERP project(3) Using project management’s life cycle theory, analyzes reasons in each implementation stage which cause the failure of ERP implementation.(4) Taking the implementation of DHEP core business integration (ERP) project as an example, introduces DHEP’S successful experiences in its ERP project’s project early stageinvestigation and study, project organization,project process management, IT technology and risk control. |
