Today's social and economic development has been into the era of knowledge-based economy, high-tech enterprises in the social development are acting more important roles. IT enterprises, as representatives of the typical high-tech enterprises, show the characteristics with increasingly accelerated upgrading of products, the development of electronic information technology, increasingly short product life cycles, enterprises face of market environment changes in acceleration. IT enterprises have become increasingly competitive. Faced with the fierce market competition, individual enterprises are difficult to independently accomplish IT system building works, and system integration as one of the most common mode of IT projects has appeared more and more times in people's vision.System integration project generally involves a number of companies, with complex team in which the team members are mainly knowledge-based staff members and often demand higher level requests. Project managers now meet a new problem that is how to manage this complex team.Firstly the paper analyzes the team construction and member characteristic in system integration teams, and summarizes the research results in incentive area of some domestic and foreign scholars. Secondly, according to the characteristics of project team's development life cycle and system integration project's life cycle, analyzes the different methods and efforts of incentive mechanism in different phases. In the end, the paper gives a detailed experience with a real case of China TieTong multi-point project of billing system.
