Business innovation capability means that enterprises can use their own use of all the resources to create new resources or improve the efficiency of use of existing resources, the ability. Foreign business innovation ability of relatively mature, and our academic research in this area is relatively backward, and the ability to innovate a business many factors, and in different historical and cultural backgrounds of its geographical composition of different factors, factors on the innovation capacity of enterprises are also different. Therefore, based on this thinking, this paper focuses on the Hunan, Guangdong enterprise communication management, tacit knowledge sharing, enterprises the relationship between the ability to innovate.In this paper, both at home and abroad through the research literature, the organization formed to communicate satisfaction, the level of tacit knowledge sharing and innovation capability of enterprises initial questionnaire, the questionnaire method used Likert5 score. Through questionnaires pre-testing, targets and the design of the questionnaire have been adjusted, a small sample questionnaire. In this paper, the method used is mainly structural equation modeling (SEM) methods, sampling is the scope of Hunan, Guangdong and the two employees. In the small sample survey on the basis of this paper, the latent variable organizational communication satisfaction, the level of tacit knowledge sharing and innovation capability of enterprises indicators structure. Finally received from the higher level of communication and relationship in the organization the status of the communication, and communication among colleagues relations between the three dimensions of the organizational communication constitute satisfaction index system and the difference between faith and work methods, corporate culture, awareness of changes , official capacity, interpersonal skills, knowledge of the five dimensions of a standard indicator of Tacit Knowledge Sharing System.In the measurement model validation phase, we used factor analysis confirmed the validity of the variable structure was verified. In structural equation modeling analysis, using the Path analysis and hypothesis testing aspects powerful Lisrel8.70 software by the following conclusions: improving organizational communication satisfaction with the promotion of Tacit Knowledge Sharing significant impact on raising Tacit Knowledge Sharing enterprises to upgrade the level of innovation capability significant role in promoting addition, the effect of improving organizational communication innovation capability of enterprises there is an obvious role in promoting.In this paper, the conclusions of the study on Chinese enterprises to promote the sharing of knowledge hidden, and reinforce their ability to innovate, improve the competitiveness of enterprises, and so has a lot of reference, it reminds Chinese enterprises should strengthen their internal communication, giving staff the chance to speak, and enterprises should to tacit knowledge management, and improving the level of tacit knowledge sharing. In this paper, Tacit Knowledge Management and Enterprise Innovation Ability affect relations between the relevant conclusions of the study beyond the capacity of enterprise innovation research have great learn.
