Study On The Intensive Development Strategy Of Road Freight Enterprises

The development course of the reform and opening-up tells us: the extensive mode of development has not adapted to the development of China’s economy, intensive development has become a trend to achieve the sound and rapid economic development. Regardless of the industry or companies are actively exploring intensive development, Road Freight Enterprise are no exception. At present, China’s Road Freight Enterprise is still in the intensive management actively exploring stage. This article takes the intensive development of road freight enterprise as the research object, exploring and analyzing the intensive development strategies of road freight enterprise.Intensive development is a wide coverage the topic, which can be studied from many angles. The main contents of this paper include: First, this paper describes the theoretical basis of road freight enterprises’ intensive development, and summarizes the connotation,features and value of road freight enterprises’ intensive development, on this basis, puts forward the policies of road freight enterprises’ intensive development. Second, This paper argues that road freight enterprises to achieve intensive development, it should be from two aspects: First, starting from the enterprises themselves, to optimize their business processes and realize the optimum is the basic guarantee to achieve intensive development; Second,considering the relationship between the enterprise and external resources, road freight enterprises can achieve intensive development through business alliances and establishing the platform of resources integration. Third, the paper analyses three strategies of road freight enterprises’ intensive development of in detail and elaborates the realization mechanism of each policy to achieve intensification. In the business analysis of process optimization, it’s respectively optimized the organizational structure of enterprises, receiving processes,transport processes, warehousing processes and customer service; In the analysis of enterprise alliance, the alliances have been success stories were focused on description, the successful alliances are focused explained, and also researching the partner selection on the most commonly encountered during the alliance; In the platform of resource integration’s analysis,it’s focus on discussing the "Road Harbor" mode and puts forward which road freight enterprises could establish the platform of resource integration.This study is designed to enrich the theory of road freight enterprises’ intensive development, and providing reference for road freight enterprises’ intensive development.
