Research On The Resources Integration Of The Independent Product Research And Development In Enterprises

With the severe competition of the global market, the rapid development of advanced manufacturing technology and information technology and increasingly shortening of the life cycle in the transforming of the technological revolution to the industry and the market life cycle of the new products, it is more difficult for our country to catch up with the developed countries through studying the technology and experience from other developed countries. The independent product development ability has become the key factor of the enterprise competition. But if the enterprise want to succeed in the independent product development, it needs all kinds of research and development resources to support effectively. So it is especially urgent and essential to explore how to establish the effective way of independent product development through the systems integration with the enterprise resource, consumer resources, social resources and other resources. Based on the Innovation Theory, System Theory, Collaborative Theory and the Integration Theory, the dissertation puts forward the product development resource systems and the matching model, and proposes the resource integration model and methods of the enterprise's independent product development.The main contents of this study are as follows:Firstly, this dissertation defines the basic concept of the resources integration of the enterprise's independent product development, explains the construct of the enterprise's independent product development resource system, and analyzes the way to get the resources of the enterprises independent product development. The resources integration of the enterprise's independent product development refers to linking internal resources with external resources by certain organizations and institutions in the process of research and development to form an organic integrationand achieve the optimal allocation of resources. The enterprise's independent product development resource system contains information resources, human resources, technical resources, financial resources, environmental resources and marketing resources. Some resources can be got from interior and others can be got from external, and the external channels mainly include purchasing, building strategic alliances and virtual enterprise.Secondly, the resource match is the premise in the study of resource integration of the enterprise's independent product development. From the angle of the map theory, this dissertation discusses the internal matching model of the single resource subsystem, the matching model between two resources and the matching model among many resources.Thirdly, this dissertation divides the patterns of the enterprise's independent product development resource integration into three kinds according to the three different types of innovative network platform, i.e., the resource integration pattern based on the entities innovative network platform, the resource integration pattern based on the virtual innovation network platform and the resource integration pattern based on the combining of entities and virtual innovation network platform. This dissertation analyzes the constituent elements, integration mechanism, main features and the applying scope, and explains the implementation methods on the integration patterns.Fourthly, this dissertation analyzes the organization and management of the integration patterns of the enterprise's independent product development, proposes the resource integration organization model based on Multi-Agent System, establishes the performance evaluation system of the resource integration.Fifthly, this dissertation adopts the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to judge the performance of the resource integration and optimizes the allocation of resources according to the evaluation results.Finally, taking the pattern of the Beiqi Foton Motor Co., Ltd. as example, the dissertation illustrates the resource integration pattern of the enterprise's independent product development. The pattern of "chain innovation" emphasizes that enterprises must insist on independent development and break through the single and close innovation form, promote the ability of integrating the business resources and the integrated innovation ability by the cooperation and strategic alliance, use the entities and virtual innovation network as a platform, promote the ability of enterprise systems integration and resources integrated innovation, thus promote enterprise's core competence.
