Quanzhou city in fujian province economic developed areas, actively promote the rural poverty alleviation and development work, money and manpower, and improve the poor rural infrastructure, industrial development of poverty effect is outstanding, poverty population decreasing year after year, present a dispersible poor rural poverty, need to advance the accuracy, precision for poverty alleviation of poverty.
