At present, Jinjiang is in the key pe riod of acce lerating transformation of economic and social, the sm ooth implementation of the ef fective supply of public human resource service for personnel of Jinjiang City Xing City strategy and the strategy of giving priority to em ployment has an important role. Based not only on the literature of comprehensive an alysis, and to the domestic and foreign hum an resources of public services are com pared; at the same time, the study of the current situation and existing problem s of Jinjiang City public service for hum an resources, analysis and summary of the causes of problem s; combined with changes in th e macroeconomic situation, the labor m arket, the development of network information technology and strategy of ec onomy of Jinjiang City inve stigation of the external environment changes of Jinjiang City hum an resources of public services are facing challenges. To change the government leading human resources public service supply mode, the establishment of social diversity of human resources public service m odel innovation strategy. First, the overall goal is in accordance with the go al of "public service, operation socializa tion, process standardizati on, urban-rural equalization", follow the principle of "governm ent leadership, social cooperation, we construct the organic unity, and orderly operation, effective coordination of governance mechanism, and the f ormation of divers ified, multi-level, the com plementary functions of the human resources of public services of social network.
