WJ Water Company is owned by the Wujin Water Resources Bureau in charge of state-owned enterprises. In view of the particularity of the company’s products, the company has a strong nature of the cause of the unit.WJ Water Company has not yet established modern performance appraisal system..How to overcome the shortcomings of the existing performance evaluation system and to improve the internal management by using of new and effective performance management system is becoming urgent for WJ Water Service Company.This paper first introduces the new challenges faced by the WJ Water Company and its own defects in the performance appraisal, so the research questions are put forward.Then this paper summarizes the representative research results about the theory of performance appraisal.On the basis of the above theoretical study,the paper discusses the status of WJ water company, problems and optimization ideas which is the main content of the paper.In the study of the status quo, the paper describes the organization the current situation of human resources and the existing target management assessment method of the WJ Water Service Company, through collecting information from the company.This paper also points out that there are problems in the evaluation system in the index setting, performance feedback and so on through the analysis of research data, from the perspective of all employees.On the basis of clarifying the objectives and principles of the optimization of performance appraisal, the appraisal object and method are determined,Using SWOT analysis to clarify the development strategy of WJ Water Service Company, decomposition of the development strategy to the functional departments and grassroots units in accordance with the basic principles of KPI.combined with the 360 degree assessment method,performance evaluation index system is determined.This paper optimizes the implementation of the organization, implementation process, implementation cycle and performance feedback, performance results and other content, in order to make the performance appraisal system better implementation.At last, the paper summarizes the conclusions and deficiencies. it provides beneficial thinking and suggestion for the enterprise to explore the performance appraisal system with water industry characteristics. |
