Study On The Evaluation And Development Countermeasures Of Agricultural Modernization In Northeast China

The realization of agricultural modernization is an important part of the modernization of the country. No agricultural modernization, there is no modernization of the whole nation. Agricultural modernization is a basic symbol, is a highly developed agricultural productivity. To the process of agricultural modernization is constantly reaching, continuous development of productive forces,the process has reached the world advanced level.The Northeast China as the country’s major grain production base, as one of the most important agricultural area in China, has received national attention and policy support. In 2010, by the national development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of agriculture jointly formulated the "guidance" on accelerating the development of modern agriculture in the northeast, to the construction of modern agriculture as the basis for supporting the overall revitalization of northeast old industrial base,accelerate the transformation of agricultural development, consolidate the foundation for the development of agriculture, optimizing the industrial structure of agriculture,strengthen the agricultural science and technology support agriculture, the innovation of management mechanism, play the leading role of state-owned farms, and strive to2015, the Northeast China Agricultural Science and technology progress contribution rate reached 60%, agricultural products processing rate reached 70%, crop farming mechanization level close to 80%, farmland irrigation rate reached 30%, the agricultural irrigation water use coefficient reached more than 0.6, land output rate,the utilization rate of resources and labor productivity is greatly improved; by 2020,and strive to make the agricultural soil in Northeast of China Estate rate, resource utilization rate and labor productivity reached the level of developed countries, the development of modern agriculture has achieved remarkable results.How the current level of agricultural modernization in Northeast China, and what are the short board and problems, and how to make targeted recommendations to adjust based on the above research and analysis, expect to get a practical conclusion,put forward specific proposals.
