Research On Safety Audit Of Coal Mine Managers’ Behavior

Coal as the main energy sources in our country, the safety in production in relation to the healthy development of a number of departments of the national economy. In recent years, with the increasing investment in safety, production safety situation has improved obviously. However, coal mine safety situation in China is not optimistic, safety accidents. Among them, up to 80% of the accidents are caused by human factors. Management of coal mine as the main person in charge of coal enterprises, for the accident can not shirk its responsibility. In this paper, the coal mine management as the research object, using the method of behavior safety audit, audit of the management of safety in production of coal in the behavior, so as to find the weak link of coal enterprises safety management, timely take corresponding measures, to eliminate hidden dangers in the bud of adorable.First of all, through the literature review, drawing lessons from the research results of security audit is relatively mature in the aviation operation management, road safety management, computer network security and other fields, the definition of the safety audit, expounds the basic principles of the definition, principle, method and procedure of behavior safety audit.Secondly, combined with previous research, the 7 dimensions of the management behavior, builds a security audit system model; the model is based on, and the main contents of the research questionnaire, detection of coal enterprises management behavior safety audit content, and has carried on the pre research and formal research, the use of SPSS17.0 software reliability and validity testing and exploratory factor of the sample, and ultimately determine the basic structure of the questionnaire, initially established the management behavior of coal mine security audit system.Third, using the method of structural equation model, has carried on the analysis of coal mine safety management behavior audit system model of one order and two order to verify the validity of the AMOS20.0 software, and ultimately determine the coal mine safety management behavior audit system.Finally, the coal mine safety management system based on the behavior of audit content, combined with the PDCA method, the basic process of the coal mine safety management behavior of audit conducted a preliminary design.
