Safety management of the mature degree model of safety management in China raise great significance.In fully carding domestic and international safety management maturity model based,based on the method of the combination of qualitative research and quantitative research, on safety management of Building Enterprise Maturity Evaluation on research, the main content of this paper mainly includes the following several points:Constructs the construction enterprise safety management maturity model and the establishment of the construction enterprise safety management maturity model were feasibility study analysis. The model mainly include: construction enterprise safety management maturity degree evaluation system, safety management maturity degree level.The evaluation refers to the index system for quantitative research. Through factor analysis using Cronbach’s alpha reliability coefficient method of evaluation index important degree test and inspection by SPSS statistical software. The safety management of building enterprise maturity were comprehensive evaluation, hierarchical network analysis method of index weight is obtained. The calculation of this method with the aid of SD super decision software and comprehensive evaluation of index system by using the method of gray comprehensive evaluation. According to the result of the evaluation, the evaluation results are analyzed and improved. Through the construction enterprises mature degree evaluation model of Shanhe C05 Construction Group. were maturity evaluation, the evaluation results were analyzed and put forward suggestions for improvement, with the empirical validation of the model in the feasibility of application of safety management.Through the research on the safety management maturity model helps to improve the safety management level of enterprises, in turn, provides reference for the evaluation of safety management in China.
