With the fast development of power enterprises, bigger and stronger, personnel management become the main problems restricting the development of electric power enterprises, how to establish the modern talent management system, effective employee performance management, for the sustainable development of enterprises plays a vital role in. This paper uses the method of case study, to run the operator Zhejiang Guohua Ninghai power plant as the research object, using the related theories of performance management, based on the theoretical analysis of questionnaire survey, the running conditions of operator performance management analysis, pointed out the existing in the performance management of post performance index formulation is not scientific, performance communication, performance results of interview form unreasonable application of three major problems. According to the operation standard, duties, characteristics of specific areas such as analysis, using KPI method, the scheme design of performance management operation, the results of performance evaluation and salary welfare, appraisal and occupation development hook, further strengthen the performance result feedback and application performance management improvement measures, make more in line with the operation characteristics of the work, more scientific and systematic.This article on the Zhejiang Guohua Ninghai power plant operator performance management optimized design research. This paper analyzes the steps of organization structure, process of Zhejiang Guohua Ninghai power plant operation staff performance management. This borrowing the theory of Balanced Scorecard performance, improvement and adjustment of the performance appraisal indicators, to set up the performance evaluation standards, by improving the operation staff performance evaluation procedures, the establishment of the operation staff performance communication mechanism, increase application performance results, to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of performance management. This paper has some reference value for the development of the performance management program of the power generation enterprises, such as the operation staff and other production staff.
