The Research Of The Coordinated Development Of Urbanization And Industrial Structure In Shandong Province

Recently, China pays more attention on the development of urbanization and proposes a strategy which is named people oriented. According with the requirements of the overall layout of the state, one-in-five, Shandong Province puts forward the new urbanization as the important strategy of the construction of economical and cultural province. Currently, the development of the economy of China has attached at the stage of the New Normal. In the period, the internal adjustment of industrial structure is extremely urgent, and the most important thing is to coordinate the development between each other. The development between urbanization and industrial structure are interrelated and interdependent. Urbanization is an important part of the adjustment of industrial structure. Industrial structure is an important support for the development of urbanization.This dissertation presents the research background, research meaning and research question at first and arranges external literatures which are based on two aspects: the relationship between urbanization and economic growth and the relationship between urbanization and industrial structure. Moreover, the author arranges internal literatures from three aspects which are form of urbanization, optimization of industrial structure and the relation between urbanization and industrial structure. At the same time, the author demonstrates theories which are related with urbanization and industrial structure, providing sufficient theoretical basis for the empirical study.In the next place, taking the Shandong Province as the object, by the correlation and the regression analysis, the author concluded that there has relation between urbanization and industrial structure and constructed indicator systems coordinated development between these two elements, The system includes two subsystems: the urbanization and industrial structure. In addition, the author analyses the degree of urbanization and industrial structure coordinated development in Shandong province from 1995 to 2014 by using principal component analysis, and then analyzing the problems.Once again, the dissertation compares the current situation of the development of urbanization and industrial structure in Shandong Province with in Jiangsu Province, which is based on the Chenery Standard and the analysis of three output value structure and employment structure, Combing the development of urbanization and industrial structure in Shandong ProvinceFinally, the author proposes two suggestions to solve problems which are existing on the development stage of urbanization and industrial structure in Shandong Province. The first suggestion from the perspective of the development of urbanization to optimize and upgrade of industrial structure: promoting population free movement between urban and rural, breaking the restrictions on the population movement, accelerating the population and economic agglomeration of small towns, preventing the excessive urbanization of large cities, vigorously developing urban and rural public products and equalizing public service. The second suggestion from the perspective of the influence of industrial construction upgrading on the development of urbanization: the adjustment suggestions of the primary, the secondary and the tertiary industry.
