The Niche Evaluation And Strategic Choice For High-technology Small-micro Enterprises In Guizhou Based On AHP

With the further development of market economy in our country, a large number of small and medium micro enterprises mushrooming development, made outstanding contributions to the economic development of our country. However, due to an increasingly competitive market, small-micro enterprise own existence is a small-scale, less money, and other large commercial risks particularity, it is particularly important to small micro enterprise’s long-term development. External factors mainly include policy factors, social-cultural factors, market factors and technical factors, internal factors mainly include the operation ability of enterprises, strategic management capacity, marketing capabilities and technological innovation capacity.On this basis, through the analysis of high-tech small-micro enterprises in Guizhou ecological factors affecting, design technology-based small micro enterprise niche evaluation index system, and building the appraisal model of high-technology small micro enterprise niche in guizhou, by adopting the combination of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in guizhou high-technology small micro enterprise niche to make a comprehensive evaluation.
