The Factors On The Development Of High-tech Small And Micro Enterprises

Tech small and micro enterprises is an important part of Small and medium enterprises. The Party Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to the development of small and micro enterprises,April 19, 2012, the State Council issued [2012] No.14 "on the further support the healthy development of small and micro enterprises." Stressed implement the existing policy on the basis of support for small and micro enterprises, especially small and micro enterprises development startups reflected in outstanding difficulties and problems, October 31, 2014, the State Council issued document [2014] No.52 National Development "State Council on the support of small and micro enterprises and healthy development of views." The opinion from the financial support, tax incentives, financial support, public service, policy information and other aspects of interconnection policy measures proposed ten more concerned about the difficulties and problems of small and micro business start-up period. Research In this context factors early-stage development of high-tech small and micro enterprises, to promote the healthy growth of small and micro enterprises will certainly help to develop appropriate laws and regulations to provide a valuable reference for the government.Based on the high-tech small and micro enterprises and enterprise growth theory combing and induction, targeted research start-up of high-tech small and micro enterprises grow. Based on the basic concept of bionics, the science and technology of small and micro enterprises seen as a living body, focusing on the high-tech features and risks of small and micro enterprises in the start-up period. In the literature research and early-stage high-tech combination of the characteristics of small and micro enterprises based on science and technology to build a small micro-enterprisedevelopment influencing factors start-up phase. The index factors by entrepreneur quality, internal and external environmental factors of the three-level indicators and the quality of entrepreneurs, technical factors,the financing situation, marketing ability, team factors, the legal environment, government services composed of seven secondary indicators.In this paper, China(Mianyang) Technology Software Industrial Park City empirical study, the main factors of the high-tech start-up small and micro enterprises by way of a questionnaire survey to find out the impact of entrepreneurs. Using survey data in 74 parts on the basis of AHP and principal component method, using SPSS AOMS17.0 software for computing, draw order of importance of these seven factors are: the quality of entrepreneurs> technology innovation> entrepreneurial team> financing case> marketing capability> policy and legal environment> social services.Finally, according to survey results,there are three recommendations for business entrepreneurs, start-ups, government: Suggest entrepreneur focus on technological innovation, build a diversified venture team; Suggest startups to market-oriented, focusing on technology innovation and strategic choice; Suggest that the government win incubation resources and create a one-stop integrated incubation platform.We hope that results of this study can enrich and complement enterprise growth theory, provide useful help for the growth and development or other areas in Mianyang small and micro businesses.
